LIST OP COUNTER-CLAIMS. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, last night. The Railway Department has prepared A number of counter-claims for presentation to the Board of Enquiry, of which the following is a summary : Elimination of payment of special rates for night work in (he traffic branch, which does not come within overtime hours.
