CANADIAN COMPLAINT.
ALLEGED DUMPING. (Reuter's Telegram.) OTTAWA, June 4. Senator David, a Liberal, of Montreal, said that British manufacturers were dumping goods into Canada. In* urging i his motion to repeal British preference on imports until Britain grants a reciprocal tariff or suspension of the preferential duty until another agreement has been reached, he said he was opposed to British preference because, while Canada had been making a. reduction to Britain, expecting something, she was getting, nothing. The British wwe dumping in. footwear as well as woollens. t
