CAPTURE OF SCUTARI
MARCHING ON TIRANA

The Daily Express' Paris correspondent says despatches from Vienna state that Vrioni, the new Prime Minister of Albania, sent a deputation to the rebels to propose an armistice. Reports from Montenegro state that the rebels cleared the Government and forces out of the whole of Northern Albania and established a revolutionary Government at Scutari under the leadership of Rcdueb Bev. BELGRADE, June 5.
Civiil war is spreading in Albania. The insurgents have captured .Scutari, and are marching on Tirana. They sent, an ultimatum to the Government, demanding its resignation. Government troops at Aleffie, which are attacked, are in a critical position.
