OBITUARY.
(Special to the Herald.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. The death occurred last night of Alfred Luttrell, a well known architect, of the firm of 8. and A. Luttrell. Mr. Luttrell, who was 59 years of age, was responsible for architecture of buildings all over Christohurch and other parts of the Dominion. He went to Lewis-ham hospital on. Monday to undergo a serious operation, from which lie failed to recover. He is survived by a widow, a son (Mr. E. E. Luttrell, who is well known in cricket circles), and a daughter (Mrs. Temple, who resides in Paris).
