ELECTROCUTION.
IN STATE COAL YARD

CHRISTCHURCH, last night
James Ernest Williams, 32 years, married, was electrocuted in the State coal yard this afternoon. Williams and two other men were working on a circular saw, which was driven by an electric motor connected to an electric pole in the yard by a copper cable which was uncovered. Williams turned on the electric curent to start the motor, and when walking away from the switch to the saw bench must have come in contact with the cable, for he was picked up dead with th P cable across his body.
