MELBOURNE HEADS COLLISION.
MARINE CO'URT'S FINDING.
(Received 1 May 8, 11' a.m.) MELBOURNE, May 8. The result of the inquiry into the Wyrallah-Dilkera collision on April S' f is that the Marine Court considered! the master of the Dilkera should have taken additional steps towards attempting to save the lives of those left on the Wyrallah, by throwing over lifebuoys with lights and displaying the signals mentioned in the navigation collision regulations. . ,' The Court found the primary cause of the collision was the action of the \ master of the Wyrallah in leaving his safe and proper course and steeling across the course of the Dilkera, and that the master of the Wyrallah committed a \ breach of the regulations.
