H. Guthrie, Minister for Lands, will retire from political life nit the dose of the present Parliament, and in Reform circles Hie question of consequent Cabinet changes is being discussed. It is believed tb.it the matter will be considered by the Prime .Minister and his party at tho opening of the coining session of Parliament.
