Bail was allowed to Martis, who has a record, and he went to Australia. : The bail of £IOO was ordered to be estreated. Framcis Osmain Burke, on the same charge, was then placed in'the d-ock,; He pleaided .not (guilty to the charges. A Maori, OVfiroi Urupmi, waß found guilty of breaking and entering a house at Lyall Bay. Sentence was deferred.
