NO EVIDENCE GALLED FOR THE DEFENCE.

DUNEDIN, this day.
In the alleged ringing-in case, Oswald Edmonds Hooper, a new witness, said that he had ridden and driven The Dingo. To the best of his belief the horse in the police yard was The Dingo. Counsel for the defence called no evidence and were addressing the Court in the afternoon.
