Tlia Evening Standard states that the Cabinet committee, .including Lord Chelmsford, Mr. Thomas, Lord Pannoor, and Brigadier-Gel!iei‘nl Thomson, met today toi decide the- faj.e of Commander Burney’s scheme.
The -committee has already examined many witnesses. The Cabinet will probably auithorise the construction of airships far superior to a.nv in the world for service to India. The new scheme! may involve the expenditure of a million pounds.
