PEACE SHIELD TOURNEY.
The Peace Shield bowling tournament was continued this afternoon, the A section playing on the Kahutia green and the B section on the Gisborne green. The fifth round in both sections was disposed of early this afternoon, with the following results: A SECTION.
Sawyer 26 beat Hueston 21 Paltridge 28 beat Gibbs 10. Beatson 22 beat Harris 19. Greig 23 beat Wilkinson 13. (*ue game to complete. Homo 21 beat Allen 15. B SECTION. Sinclair 22 boat Flavell 15. Seymour 19 beat Holmes 18.
Martin 18 beat Gambrill 15. Crawford leads Wootton, with three heads to go.
