LONDON. August 8.-~The recommend dation of the sub-committee, headed by, the Earl of Balfour, for /co-ordination of tho staffs of the. Naval Air Force and the Royal Air Force, is expected to leadt to the early establishment of an Imperial War College. The proposal h«s been considered for some, time, and tile main principles of operation have at* ready been determined.

LONDON, August B.—Prince Georges and Marc Ttevalou, sons of the former King of Dahomey, have begun proceedings for assault against the proprietor of a night dancing resort in Montr marti*e. They were violently ejected because their presence was resented by rich American tourists, who objected to. consort with colored men.

Such incidents have brought npor* foreign visitors an official rebuke. They are warned that if they demand the expulsion of colored men from public resorts they will be penalised.
