When the Irish envoys had just commenced an open-air meeting at Waverley last night, the police intervened and arrested both, also John Orancy, a collector, on a charge of inciting sedition on April 22 and other day ß - The ac ' cused were released on bail of £3OO each. An angry crowd followed the arrested men to tho police station. They sang Republican songs and sported Sinn . Fein flags on a motor car. Subsequently they dispersed without further incident.!
