BOILERMAKERS REPUDIATE AGREEMENT. '

A lock-out of ten thousand boilermakers employed in the shipyards commences on Monday, owing to the repudiation of the national agi'eement between the Federation and the engineering and shipbuilding trade, whereto helong tho men and the employers.
