WORLD PARLEY ON EDUCATION CALLED.
CLEVELAND, March I.—A world conference on education, at which more than 400,000,000 school children will be represented, has been called by the National Education Association to be held in San Francisco and Oakland, on July 28 to July 2, it was announced at meeting of the executive committee of the departure of superintendents of the association. The conference is called for the promotion of international peace and the mutual understanding of nations and peoples. Fifty nations of Europe, Asia and North and .South America have assured the attendance of 1000 delegates. In addition 1000 exchange professors will attend to sit with the delegates of their respective countries and to act as interpreters.
