CONSPIRACY IN EGYPT.
ACCUSATION AGAINST OFFICIAL.

CAIRO', April 28.
The principal witness in the conspiracy case stated that an effort was made by a prominent Egyptian official to induce him to withdraw the allegations involving alleged conspirators. The official has since left the Government service. The allegation has aroused very bitter comments among the British community.
