tout Q)titc CONTAGIOUS MAMMITIS CONTAMINATION OF MILK PREVENTIVE MEASURES HAMILTON, Tuesday, v The danger of contagious mammitis getting into the town by means, of. contaminated milk being sold to citizens was referred to in a letter from the Farmers' Union, and was considered at a meeting of the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce last evening. The. letter stated that there were many cows suffering from tuberculosis and mammitis in the country, and, in order, that the' diseases should not be .passed on to human beings, it was necessary that the milk of all cows should be tested. It was suggested that the chamber should take action to have a testing station provided for Hamilton;-r-(From " N.'.Z'.
