They have all been practis'ng keenly, but Kerk sey, the sprinter, has unfortunately caught a cold and may not be able to appear in more than one event. Merchant's hammer throwing has been an eye-opener, but in the other field events Munro's throwing is expected to hold its own with him. Another item in which there will bo great interest is tho meeting of Wilson and Krogness in the hurdles.
