ARBUCKLE CASE.

Following the discharge of the Arbuckle jury which announced a disagreement alter forty hours’ deliberation, the Court adjourned till Monday. The District Attorney stated informally that in view of the majority of the jurors favoring conviction he would likely press for a third trial.
