A BUSHMAN'S DEATH.
INQUEST AT THAMES. At an inquest at Thames touching the death of William Ferguson, a bushman, medical evidence showed that the body had slight, bruises, but no visible cause of death. A bushman gave evidence that, deceased was jammed by. a log a ■day before he went to the store. Next day ho shared aNjottle of whisky on the track coming back. The police, in evidence, thought, exposure was the cause ot death. The following verdict was returned “ :Found dead, no evidence to show how or by what means.”
