INSTANCE IN. WEST AUSTRALIA. LUMPERS DISOBEY OFFICIALS. PERTH, Feb. 27.—The first instance of job* control in this State -occurred at Fremantle. The steamer Innerton had a fire in her bunker. After the flames were extinguished the captain decided to take 600 tons of Collie coal out of the bunkers and re-bunker with New South Wale's coal.
