MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
In the Magistrate's Court this morning, Mr. J. 8. Barton, S.M., gave judgment for plaintiff by default in the following undefended cases: Lerew Motors (Mr. Wauchop) v. Arnold Kane, £64 18s 6d and costs £5 13s; Allan Sutton (Mr. Wauchop) v. Te Whata, £6 and costs £2 Os 6d; George Greer Shierlaw (Mr. Burnard) v. Roger Taylor, £6B and costs £5 15s; Nelson Boog (Mr.-Wilcock) v. E. S. Hodren, £lB 4s and costs £3 2s; W. .G. Evans (Mr. Willock) v. J. R. Frazer, £SO and costs £4 ss; Gisborne Sheepfarmers’ Co. (Mr.' Parker) v. Frank Phillips, £l3 5s 8d and costs £3 7s; W. A. Bowie (Mr. "Willock) v. John H. Shed, £5 1,4 s 6d and costs £1 15s 6d ; State Advances Office v. Katerina Takawhaki, £l6 14s 2d and costs £1 16s; Norris and Norris v. Chas Fraser, £5 12s 6d and costs £1 15s 6d. In a judgment summons case Tom Hales was ordered to pay to A. F. Saunders (Mr. Wauclfop) £9 2s, or go £o goal for ten days. James Wilson was ordered to pay to * Dohertv and {(Barclay (Mr. Parker) the sum of £7 12b 6d forthwith,, in default eight days’ hard labor.
