MAGISTRATE'S COURT.

Roger Taylor, £6B and costs £5 15s; Nelson Boog (Mr.-Wilcock) v. E. S. Hodren, £lB 4s and costs £3 2s; W. .G. Evans (Mr. Willock) v. J. R. Frazer, £SO and costs £4 ss; Gisborne Sheepfarmers’ Co. (Mr.' Parker) v. Frank Phillips, £l3 5s 8d and costs £3 7s; W. A. Bowie (Mr. "Willock) v. John H. Shed, £5 1,4 s 6d and costs £1 15s 6d ; State Advances Office v.
