DEMORALISING THE GEORGIAN ARMY. LONDON, Feb. 28. Reports as to the question at Tiflis aye conflicting. Georgian Government telegrams state that it has not fallen. A Constantinople correspondent states that anarchy and pillage are rampant in Tiflis, due to the Bolshevik agents demoralising the Georgian army, which, later, melted away, allowing the Bolshevik army to capture the town without resistance. Another Bolshevik army is marching upon Batoum, on which a Turkish army is also marching. The Moslem population will certainly support the latter.— Times.
