KAIAPOI FREEZING WORKS.
KILLING OPERATIONS CEASE. CHRISTCHURCH, this day. Killing has stopped at the Kaiapoi freezing works. The actual cause of the stoppage is a glut in the freezing room, which is alleged to be due to the go-slow policy of a section of the employes, the object being to compel the company to reinstate four freezing hands who have been paid off.—Press Assn.
