NEW TREATMENT FOR EYES.
(Received Sept. 14, 1.40 p.m.) Sept. 13. Professor Erlanger has discovered a treatment for manulae or blindness caused by tissues covering the eyeball. The treatment consists of placing an electrode on, the eye, and another at the back _ -of the head, thereby passing chloride ions into the tissues of the eye.
