The', newspaper Nichindch siys that the arrangements were made upon the recommendation of Col. Faure, head of the French Army Mission which visited Japan ( recently. Col. Faure said the British navy fliers lead the world iii aviation. It is estimated that the expense of the aviation training scheme will be approximately £100,000.— Ai and N.Z.C.A.
