TERMS OF THE TREATY.
LONDON, Sept. 10. _ Ihe latest official returns show that Germany is surrendering arms m accords ance with the peace treaty. Twentyseven thousand guns have been surrendered already, and by November there will have been given up all except those allowed under the treat/. Thirty million -live shells and rifles have been destroyed. Efforts are being made by the authorities, who are offering rewards to secure large numbers of rifles known to be hidden. Some. 130,000,000 rounds of small arms ammunition have been destroyed but double that quantity still remains.—Eeuter., ,
