All. eyes are now turned to Afghanistan, where the attitude of the Amir is regarded as uncertain. DELHI, Sept. 10. According, to the July of. the • Isvestia, the organ of the MoscoW Sovifet, the Bolsheviks have opened a j propaganda bureau m Australia, at the head of which is Peter Siminoff, at Sydney;- who will : take all necessary steps for the restoration , of trading Ibetween Australia and Russia.
