B*° It is reported from Moscow, that Enver Pasha, at the' request of Lenin and Trotsky, has been appointed com-mander-in-chief of the Bolshevist forces which are marching on India. Bolshevist forces m the Caucasus, Persia, Afghanistan and Turkistan have been placed under hfs command. Enver- Pasha recently sojourned at the Bolshevist headquarters m Smolensk with Trotsky.
