BRITISH NOTE TO RUSSIA.
. * LONDON. July 22. The British Note to Russia points out several inaccuracies m the Soviet reply, and also announced that Britain, m view of the Sbviei willingness to grant an armistice, has advised Poland to ask for the armistice. The Note adds that Britain believes the Soviet will grant peace on fair terms and waives the suggestion, of a conference at London. — A. and N.Z.C.A.
