BOY SCOUT CONCERT.
♦ — _ An enjoyable scouts.' concert was given by the members of the St. Oswald's troop m the Holy Trinity parish hall lost night, when the hall was well filled.. The programme went through with a gdod swing, and was quite successful, and will be a financial success?- The programme comprised the following: Piano duet, Mrs. Drnlco and Roy. H. Packe; Dominion' rally, whole troop ; ambulance display. ] toam of six; recitation, "Play the Game," • Scout Lysnur; song, "John Peel," Bugler • Dickson; semaphoro signalling; team of . four ; bridge-building, team of six ; song, "Scots Wha Hae," Bugler Dickson ; physical drill, team of twolvc; song, Miss Richards; recitation, Miss Hill; song, Mr File; monologue, Mr. T. Rtnwick ;' sort?, Miss Cox; song, > Rev. W. T. Drake. The second part was taken up by a scout play, entitled "Pocoiiontns, or the Capture of Captain John Smith," 5n which the lads acquitted' themselves with credit.
