INSUFFICIENCY OF ALLOWANCES. „ {Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND last night.. A deputation from superannuated public servants waited on the Hon C. J. Parr for the purpose of enlisting hia sympathy m the matter of securing an increase m superannuation. It waa rtated that many o'-d public servants now found themselves atnable to maintain themselves on the mim which had l^een sufficient when they retired, and they had decided to ask the Government to supplement the amount received by way of a bonus. Mr. 'Parr sard he would give the matter his sympathetic, attention when it was before Cabinet.
