MATAWAI SHEEP DOG TRIALS

The above, trials were helv on Thursday and Friday, 13th and 14th. on Mr K. 'Phillips' property. The j-incere thanks of the club are due to that .gentleman for 1 the use of his ground and sheep. Unfortunately^neither ,the members of the committee nor the other cohipeti.tors were aware of the altered condition'-.-; till the trials were over;- consequently a good deal of .dissatisfaction . resulted.— Correspondent. ,
