Vorwaerts reports that Government troops raided the office of General von Lettow. They also seized large quantities of arms, munitions, and aeroplane parts secreted on several estates m the neighborhood. The Munich Royalists, numbering a quarter of a million, have issued, an election manifesto, promising a monarchy on the basis of the plebiscite and a restoration of the constitutional independence to Bavaria within the framework of the German Empire. ,
