The Bulgarian treaty includes the surrender of Thrace by Bulgaria, the cession of territory within the bend of the Strumnitza, and .a belt of territory on the Serbian frontier m the northwest; also the reduction of the army to 20.000 and the payment of two milliards 250 million francs as reparation.
