SYDNEY SEAMEN^S STIPULATIONS
(Received August 14, 10.45 a.m.) MELBOURNE, August 14. Mr Millen announced that the Sydney seamen's stipulations that Walsh should attend, the conference' and that there must be no reference to 'the Arbitration!
