He. pjeaded guilty.' Sergeant Mcpo'nnell. . said •; accused stopped at a " boadinghouse m- Thames m December last, were Nolo was , sick.. Accused claimed to be a doctor, examined the; Dalmatiah, anpT said (he would cure him for £30. .The man paid ;'£r on account.-;' Accused rubbed his back with some liniment, and after three bottles had been ; •used, as there was no improvement, Nolo. declined, to pay. more money. Accused also examined d woman m the boardinghuse. ; Accus.ed, who admitted. haying served 12 months' imprisonment for bigamy, was sentenced to six months' imprisonment on the, first charge, and was convicted; and ordered, to .pay JB3 -costs on the second,;- and"'/ ihree ; months, ori thtf third oharge, the sentences being concurrent.
