One emanating from £h e Clyde Workers' Soviet proposes the establishment of a Red Army and revolutionary tribunals "to try the men responsible for the treatment 'of our im prisoned' comrades." The seizure of all food, th* expropriation of property, banks, etc., the removal of Parliament, and local authorities ai'e . advocated.
