The executive of the Patriotic Association decided to-day to secure an. area of land near the city for subdivision into small sections for returning mc-n partially or totally permanently disabled. The 'proposal is to erect cottages on sections and provide a means for the men to earn a livelihood such as bee-keeping, poultry-raising, etc. It is estimated that £100,000 will be required far the scheme. The Claims Board of the Association will investigate the best method of carrying out the scheme.
