AMERICANS IN RUSSIA.
TO BE WITHDRAWN IN SPRING. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association) (Received February 18, 1.45 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Feb. 17. Mr. Baker, Secretary for War, . says American troops will be withdrawn from Northern Russia m the spring. The present force isT not endangered. Reinforcements will be despatched m order to facilitate the withdrawal.
