DEMAND QUALITY FOE JEWS OF WORLD.
STOCKHOLM, October 27. An appeal to Zionists' federations throughout the world ' has been issued m the mame of ■ the Copenhagen branch of the Zioiiist organisation by Dr. Vktor Jacobson. "In, the peace treaty," says the appeal, "there must be assurances — "First: Fixing Palestine within the boundaries demanded by historical traditions and political and economic weeds as a national .home for the Jewish people, -and conditions created for tho. •unhindered constru6tion of this thoitie. "Second : Full and actual rights for Jews m all countries. ' • "Third: National autonomy on cultural, social, and . political grounds for the Jewish populations m, countries of mass settlement, and also m other countries m case the- Jewish population so claims. "We ask the Zionist organisations of all countries, to support the endeavors of the Ziofnisbf wond oreanisatian, aaid to present these demands pef ore the Governments amdvpublic opinion >of their country, and to - request their inclusion m the pedce treaty. ■ "On the' day of the conclusion' of peace, through which mankind approaches the Jewifeh jidea-1 of an, understanding among peoples and of everlast-ing-peace, the 2000 years' martyrdom .of j the Jewish- peopfte," which bears "'as a I fault on, the conscience ' of all nations,! must be redressed.
