APPEAL FOR HELP. LONDON, November 27. Sir 1 Arthur Pearson makes a renewed special appeal for St. Dunstan's Blinded Soldiers arid Sailors' Hostel m Regent's Park, London, where nearly 700 men are now m training. He hones that .amid the present feelings of exhilaration the public will remember with generous sympathy thase who have given their Bight, second only to life itself, to win the war.
