PROSECUTION OF WILHELM.
LILLE WOMEN LAY CHARGES
(Reuter's Telegram.) (Received Dec. 14, 2.40 p.m.) PARIS, Dec. 13. I Legal action against tho ex-Kaiser has commenced by an organisation of Lille mothers. The charge alleges that German commanders m April, 1916, directed minor girls to be- removed from their families and to be forced into contact with notorious women. There is a charge of abduction by officers' under the command of the Kaiser.
