TOLAGA BAY WOOL VALUATION.
The Gisborne Farmers' Co-operative Company report : TBe third valuation of the season took place on Friday, sth, December, when we submitted a catalogue of 452 bales. Some of the wool submitted showed signs of a check m spring, and others want of care m skirting 1 . Range of prices, were on a par with previous valuations, and our sales were as follows : Fine crossbred. 16£ dto 17£ d' medium crossbred, 16d to 16£ d; coarse crossbred, 15d to 14| ; seedy, 14d to 16d ; pieces, 12d to 14£d>; bellies, 10£ dto 12d; dead, 13d to 14Ad: crutchings. lOAd to lUd; locks, 6id to 6^d. Tho next valuation commences about January 7th. .
