LAN HAMILTON'S COMMENTS
LONDON, Nov. 27. General Sir lan Hamilton, who had charge of the initial operations on Gallipoli Peninsula, declines to comment on the matter contained m the interview with Mr. Ward Price had with General Liman von Sanders at Constantinople, regarding the military operations on the Peninsula. But he says that although the troop landings were not made where General von Sanders would have made them, it was fortunate that the British did not do what the enemy commander expected they would and land where the main Turkish forces were expecting them.
