MESSAGE TO ENGLISHWOMEN
lAustrallan and N.Z. Cable Association, j AMSTERDAM, Dec. 12. The Berlin correspondent of the Daily Express interviewed Minna Caver, the acknowledged leader of Gorman women. She said, "We ai"© all pacifists mow. Twenty-one million women will be enfranchised m January, and will be tlie greatest power to prevent future wans." With tears streaming down her face Minna Caver said : "Take this message to Englishwomen — "We are ruined, and it. will take ten years to Tebuald our nation, and then perhaps it wiJl only be a little nation. We shall never be a mighty nation again.' "
