PRECAUTIONS AT SYDNEY.
(Elec. Tel. Copyright— United Press Assn.l SYDNEY, Dec. 13. Tlie Makura and Atua, arrived at 5 p.m. from Auckland. Both vessels were quarantined. There are eleven cases of influenza aboard the Makura, but none on the Atua. The position at the quarantine station is highly favorable. There were no deaths during the week, and no new cases were reported. There are only fifty -three patients m the hospital.
