BERLIN ALIVE TO POSSIBILITY OF REVOLT. PARIS, Sept. 21. In case of the aggravation of the internal situation m Germany, which continues to grow, the German Government has taken steps to assure "rapid and pitiless repression m case of revolt," a- Zurich despatch reports today. AMSTERDAM, Sept. 21. The Government crisis m Germany is approaching a decisive stage, according to the Leipzig Tageblatt, and a majority of parties are firmly resolved to form a Parliamentary Government without delay — a government which m entire m. dependfence of main headquarters, will pursue a policy made necessary by the seriousness of the hour. Hugo Haase, leader of the Socialist minority, was refused pel-mission to speak, and the police arrested Adolph Hof mann, who was chairman of the meeting.
