POLES FORMING ARMY.
TO FIGHT IN SIBERIA

(Received N Seipt. 18, 8.65 a.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 17. Despatches from Harbin state that the Poles m Siberia are forming a large army, estimated at more; than 100,000 trained men, to be immediately available m Harbin, Nikolsk, and Vladiyostock. The Poles are asking for recognition by the American Government.
