PARIS, July 29. A letter taken from a German prisoner indicates the German hope for a victory this summer has passed and that they are already being equipped for another winter campaign. Another letter received by a soldier from a relative m Magdeburg said: f'lt is clear we are bejng 1 trampled down. If the end does not come soon, some sort of an outbreak cannot be avoided.
